dosfox Posted October 11, 2024 Posted October 11, 2024 You need Bodyslide. It's not an in-game solution though, you will have to build the Bodytalk body outside the game. You will find sliders to adjust every part of male anatomy. There are clear instructions and tutorials linked on the description page. Have fun.
