If your Sims are looking for somewhere to work on their fitness that isn't a gym then they can try the Newcrest Pool in the Bridgeview district of the Newcrest Gay Village.  With a sizeable pool heated with geothermal energy in order to workout in comfort, there are also a couple of hot tubs and a sauna for Sims to relax in, whilst on the first floor there is a bar and plenty of tables to meet with friends and make new ones.

 

It is on a 30x20 lot and has a price tag of arounf $78k.

 

After downloading copy/drag the Newcrest Pool Tray files into your games Tray Folder and likewise for the CC files and your games Mods Folder.  As always I make no claim to the CC used in this build.

The CC in this file matches the screenshots, but the painting on the middle of the wall opposite the 2 hot tubs is the light-blue swatch of Cubmans_MuscleGym&Spa_SpaArt.package in the pictures, and possibly not that in the version of the map included in the Tray? (Whatever was there was removed when I placed the lot as a Build Buy item I didn't have)
