Males missing necessary parts to procreate?

So, when the PC is female, shouldn't the LL mods be giving the male species NPCs the necessary part ready to make love?  I found a mod on nexus to give human men their thingy back when nude, but non-human males are still too embarrassed to remove their underwear.  Am I missing some mod which makes all the poor ken dolls of the various species in Fallout 4 anatomically correct?  I read through the "Manual" several times and installed every animation pack listed, but none fixed it.

I appreciate the help.  I had seen before this BodyTalk and Male Body Replacer and maybe Diverse Bodies + FG...  I thought they were probably for male players, because it read like "it" needs to be controlled with a menu or a hotkey, which may be fun for the guys, but we just expect it to be ready and 'not finish before us; other girlfriends with strap-ons have an advantage there.  'Off to learn about using BodySlide with BT now.

[edit] So, I learned a key lesson the hard way, when building do not overwrite the other animation systems' base nude.

At first her boyfriend (or is he merely an f-boy?) had a missing package, like Ken doll style, then I finally realized should UnCheck the base nude of other animation systems before building in the current animation system.  For instance, when I edit my character in BodySlide I verify BodyTalk Nude (or BodyTalk Uncut) is UnChecked before building her in Fusion Girl.  And then, when I edit her f-boy made with BodyTalk I verify Fusion Girl Nude is UnChecked before building him with BodyTalk.  Now it works!
