That would somewhat defeat the purpose of a mod based upon Izutsumi specifically as one of her notable physical traits is that she is a clumsily configured collision of cat and girl created via a curse, not some reproductively viable member of a beast person species. This is what she looks like undressed in 'lore friendly' images.

 

If she even has nipples, they would be on her abdominal region (that is assuming that the cat that she was merged with was even female).
