You shouldn't forget how Sims came about, that someone wanted to plan their house and room,
and now thanks to @turbodriver and @Nisas we have more fun.

Not a fan. It looks great for what it is, but I wouldn't want it to be a Sims game. I've always appreciated the unique "cartoony" look of the Sims and how it doesn't take itself seriously. Making it look realistic like the way it does in that video not only treads into uncanny valley territory, but it simply takes away the personality of what makes the Sims, "the Sims".

That's right, that's what makes it.
you can tell by the sims who made them.
I love Sims from Mrrakkoon and RUNE and I don't want to miss them.
Of course, all the others also make beautiful sims, some of which are very realistic with more overlay.
There are also Sims in the Gallery with no CC where you can really see who it is supposed to be, I admire them.
