How do non-default bodies work?

As far as I'm concerned, WW replaced your default underwear with a naked one so that make sense. but for non-default bodies (mesh?) that you can download and apply when creating your sims such as boobs or butts, that works similar to how clothes work, like how does that actually works?

 

If let's say I were to make my sims fuck, and if I were to make them go naked, it would use default WW right? What if I want those non-default bodies, how do I apply them? Do I have to assign them to like a sleeping clothes and swap to sleeping clothes instead for sex instead of going full naked?

If I'm understanding your question correctly, sounds like you want to know how to use non-default bodies during sex? If so, then you'll need to use WW's Body Selector:

Yes, change that of the body works in a similar way to dressing. 
In CAS ,body ,tattoos, other boob ore but e.g. Of course you must have the CC installed in Body parts.
