Animations not starting I think?

I'm having the problem listed in the FAQ but I don't know how to solve it, 

the animations don't seem to be running and i just get stuck in place, I have multiple animation packs installed and the current AAF patch so I don't know why it isn't working.

 

Whether Its Sexual Harassment, Bound in Public, or Devious Devices in general, the same thing always happens, they come up to my character, initiate dialogue then just fuck off as i get frozen standing in place, very annoying. 

 

I was wondering if this was because I use CBBE instead of Fusion Girl but Fusion Girl isn't even listed in the Sexual Harassment or AAF Animation pack requirements.

I have Savage Cabbages, Crazy Animations and BP70

What about your other mods outside of Sexual Harassment?
