BearyBry Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Avarice Acres Park View File So in my development of Newcrest as a Gay Village I decided that Llama Lagoon was going to be an Art Deco inspired district (you'll see a couple of the other builds I'm working on in the background) with one of the three community lots being Avarice Acres Park right in the centre. A well maintained park that offers several activities for Sims to enjoy and is also very popular when the sun goes down (especially in and around the public toilets). This is pretty much a straight forward pack that doesn't use any CC (other than the wall sex markers from WickedWhims). It's on a 40x30 lot and costs a little over $70k. I hope you enjoy it.
