Mortal Weapons and Armor

So, not sure this is the correct forum for this, because I have the mod... but I can't remember why I'm not using it anymore. Does anyone remember any issues with the mod? I'm specifically trying to get the aspect where not every armor you pick up magically fits the PC without being tailored.

 

That being said, I swear I remember some sort of issue with the mod not functioning well due to being abandoned, and was curious if anyone knew of an alternative that does the same thing that is actively, or at least more recently, worked on and updated?

In the event anyone was curious.. I tested it out to try and see why I stopped using it. The degradation aspect seemed to work fine, but the refit didn't restrict at all. I could toss on something from the opposing gender and outside of weight and it didn't work. I decided there are better degradation mods, so I will keep looking and for the moment, just RP the item must be tempered before I can wear it.

MWA also has issues with causing crashes from (seemingly) random different armors it tries to process.

 

For example, random different bikini armor pieces would cause crashes with MWA when dropped or picked up (MWA quickly removes and re-adds the armor, which causes the ground model to appear in the world for a frame or two), but when MWA was removed the armors stopped crashing my game. Therefore something with MWA is causing that.

 

I don't remember ever having problems with the fits not restricting what I could wear. However, it might not process until you leave the inventory screen and it could take a while if you have a script-heavy game. MWA is very script dependent, so any script lag will be noticed.
