[XCL] [0.23.5] Kokopelli's Servant

A mod for X-Change Life v0.23.5+ by stochastic

 

Kokopelli calls you to his service, directing you to knock up as many women as possible. Beware, pulling out is not allowed and can have consequences...

Kokopelli can also bless you in several ways, but his gifts can come at significant cost.

 

To begin his quest, search the jungle near the beach, but keep in mind that Kokopelli does not accept excuses! You may be better off if you wait until your character is more advanced to start.

 

Probably still has bugs and definitely still a work in progress. Not compatible with the Pregscare mod, pregmod, Dredding Intimacy, or the NPC pregnancy mod (no longer necessary as it's included in the base game for XCL 0.21.6+). Spike Fun seems to be ok, but there are no guarantees.

 

Version 0.11.7 of Kokopelli's Servant requires XCL v0.23.5 or greater to function correctly. For XCL v0.22 use 0.11.4.

 

NOTE: Kokopelli's Servant does not require any additional mods to work correctly, but most people that play it will probably want some bar girl mods. Most bar girl mods as of December 2025 use a technique for injecting special content into certain passages that can cause errors in the most recent versions XCL. Any mod that has a passage like this can cause display problems:  :: girl cum [around]

 

XCL 0.23 has a much better mechanism for mods to add custom cum media but only recently made bar girl mods currently use it, such as those made using the current version of the Community Modding Tools by Chloe.

 

Kokopelli's Servant takes an alternative approach and disables all access to the :: girl cum passage entirely. None of the [around] passages for girl cum will ever be run because :: girl cum is never run. The replacement route does support the newer media display mechanism, so going forward, bar girl mods made with Chloe's modding tools will work just fine. The approach KS follows also means that it does not matter how many bar girl mods you install - currently installing large numbers of bar girl mods will cause errors when they all try to override the same passage.

Here's a hint if you're trying to get started with this, go as a male into the jungle at the beach explore until you find it.

 

Everything appears to be working, not a huge amount of content, i'm hoping it's early doors, but there's certainly some cool stuff here. I like the general idea. A random old AI image of the god would be a neat add on, ideally a few different ones for each of the different times he appears. Just adds something.

 

would also recommend the "punishment" be significantly more likely to be a breeder pill.

Not disagreeing with bigheaded, breeder is definitely on the table, but there could also be things such as force *pill* (lots of options) with various effects like increased libido etc plenty of options if you were to connect with pregmod or spike or pharm inc etc. sky is the limit but I absolutely love where this is going.

Finally a mod that rewards playing as a male character!

 

Only problems I've had with it so far are the girls on the pill seem to jump back on the pill as soon as the next day even after sabotaging. The screen overlay with all the stats doesn't seem to scale regardless of my monitor resolution and settings I've tried so alot of the stats are cut off at the bottom of the screen.

 

As to content, not knowing on how far your wanting to take the mod, maybe add the fertilized screen we get when our character is female with the pregnancy notification turned on, even if it is just for flavor for the time being.

This is definitely a work in progress, with more stuff, media, and mechanics coming Real Soon Now™️.

 

For the time being, NPCs cannot actually get pregnant, but that will change in the future--eventually NPC pregnancy will be part of base XCL.

A little Idea for the mod, when the pregnancies do become a thing, or perhaps even before, in an old mod, I do not remember what it was called, there where this option to talk with the women post sex, like get on the pill, or maybe of it(do not remember if that was a possibility in the mod) but the thought I had for the mod, was a possibility to suggest baby names, not sure if there should be possibility for different reactions to some names, like nerdy women, perhaps male/female game characther, religious women... etc. etc.

Canonically, Kokopelli is a trickster god and prefers that getting girls off the pill be less than completely consensual. This mod is aimed at encouraging the player to be, well, a player and sleep around with (and try to impregnate) lots of women, and definitely not to settle down and be friendly with just one.

 

If you're familiar with Randy, whom you run into if you romance Alexia, he's also a servant of Kokopelli--the ideal one, pretty much--and the plan is for the mod to push you towards being like him (Aphrodite is onboard with this characterization, btw). Randy definitely does not suggest baby names to the women he's knocked up, unless it's as a way to poke fun at them.

my idea for the suggestion of baby names was atleast mostly meant to poke a bit of fun at the women, just a thought  but I guess I do see your point 🙂 

 

and no I was not thinking one should seek to settle down/be friendly with, just one. 🙂

hey there, 🙂 your Kokopelli thing do not seem to play nice with the latest patch of the game, even the newest one I believe, as i did have error messages, after installing the newest patch of the game, and then your newest kokopelli thing came, out and i modded that one in as well, and still it came. 🙂 for some reason.

 

screenshots are a before and after removing it removal. and as far as I know it also removed the issue when as a woman, though the screenshots also shows issues I believe lie with the newest pacth as they did not disappear after removing kokopelli, and where not there before I installed the newest patch, atleast I think that it was that caused it 🙂

was also wondering what you might come up with next. if/when you make it so the woman actually do get pregnant, is that going to involve Alexis as well, is there going something where one needs a good, and/or dominant relatioship with Alexis for her not to spill the beans so to speak, or to avoid there being some sort of retaliatory breeder pilling from her.

A little something that bothers me about it the rather high loss of identity, when pc gasm inside women, does that not kind of perform counter to it stated goal of banging a lot of women, if one risk losing the game, after some time or is there something I have missed, that counteract that?

 

There is also the rather steep exchange rate between 20 masculinity for 1-2 identity or is that actually modifiable?

 

also is it going to be possible that one could end up with the stepfather actually comming inside as well. perhaps even getting pregnant by him as well.

 

just curios.

NPC pregnancy is definitely coming to XCL--probably first as a mod I'm working on with some directions from Aphrodite. Alexia (and Bruce/Bree) is not going to be covered by it, as Aphrodite has ideas of her own for that.

 

Aside from balance changes (see below), I'm planning on adding some quests of sorts, like knocking up all the major NPCs (Alexia, Mariselle, and Bruce, currently), obtaining fake birth control pills so you can knock up girls without them realizing it, maxing out your dick to a 10/10/10 if it isn't already. Probably a few others, depending on what occurs to me.

Yeah, as I play it myself, I think it could use some balance adjustments. The identity restoration is too expensive, and you probably shouldn't lose identity quite as quickly. I might even make "end pills early" less expensive.

 

Anything involving the PC getting knocked up isn't going to be in this mod--leave that to the base game or other mods.

I think this is actually a bug in KS, which should be fixed in the next release.

Oops...I forgot to update the Alexia-specific code. I'll have a new version with bugfixes up within a day or so.

An array (with the string "dream lost virginity intro", and 6 other items) isn't the same type of data as the string "trickster impreg need creampie dream" I tried to perform an operation on some data, but the data's type was incorrect.

I would add it to the description that this mod is absolutely not compatible with the Pregscare mod.

Several people have run into this, and I think it's fixed in the git build of XCL. For once it was a bug in XCL and not KS, and my fix was just merged, so hopefully that's sorted and the next XCL release will fix that.

It's the way the two interacts, Pregscare overwrites part of the code the creampie threshold is never checked.
So it doesn't throw errors, it just skips the "if she had X orgasms, she is ok with the creampie" logic.
Not a gamebreaking thing, just good to know.

Soonish? I'll release it first as a mod once I get around to finishing it feel like it's ready, so you won't need to wait for a bunch of base game releases.
