I was able to change the texture, but when I change the model I get an error and it doesn't work.

It can, but no one has yet made the effort to nude mod it yet. I've seen the reviews of it, it doesn't seem very well designed gameplay loop-wise. I would rather they make a sequel to Fatal Bullet or another CaC game. Otherwise I or someone else would have made a nude mod for it.
