Any ways to fix missing Serana's dialogue options?

Just finished the Dawnguard quest line, killing Harkon and got Valerica back to her study. Then I realized I'm stuck with only two dialogue options with Serana:

 

I tried disabling/enabling, resetai, recycleactor on Serana, loading the save and more but couldn't seem to get her other dialogues back. In some early saves, she is normal and has dialogues for trading things and waiting etc. I cross-checked the quest variables with sqv dlc1npcmentalmodel from earlier and later saves but didn't find anything too different..

 

Anyone know a way to fix these types of problems?😂

 

BTW the "new sister" line is from the NPC mod Lucrezia Volkihar. I tried moving related mods' load order around with no avail as well.

I'm guessing the author of Lucrezia used exclusive and blocking dialogue branches.  Poor choice for reasons you are now experiencing.  Try uninstalling the follower mod, then save and reload to see if it refreshes the dialogue.
