Welcome to Daddy’s House, an expansive mansion in the Newcrest Gay Village.  Owned by Daddy, a warm-hearted man whose gone through his own struggles and is now looking to help out others where he can, he built this house in mind to help out struggling students in need of accommodation when attending university, offering comfortable rooms and a lot of extra space for those who needed it and other the years he’s house a great many young men looking to pursue further education (daddy issues are not a pre-requisite to apply for a room).  You could of course just use is as a normal house, lol.

 

This build was inspired by a webcomic of the same name (though it went quiet a few years ago and now the website no longer exists), where a horny muscle bear offered up rooms to university students who were just as horny as he was.

 

This build is on a 40x30 lot and consists of three floors:

 

Basement
 - Gym (with views into the pool)
 - Locker Room/Bathroom
 - Sauna

 

Ground Floor
 - Entrance
 - Lounge
 - Library
 - Daddy’s Office
 - Kitchen/Dining Room
 - Bathroom
 - Utility Room
 - Bedrooms (x2)
 - Patio & Pool

 

First Floor
 - Daddy’s Bedroom (with ensuite, walk in wardrobe and balcony)
 - Library
 - Recreation Area
 - Bathroom
 - Bedrooms (x4)
 - Balcony

 

All for the low, low price of $320k!

 

I have it set with the Hypersexual, Casual Nudity, Romantic Aura, Study Spot, and Homey lot traits.

 

You just need to copy the downloads Tray files into your games Tray folder and all the CC files into your Mods folder (there will be more CC in there than I used, trying to figure out what some of it is can be tricky when item descriptions and file names don’t match up, as a result I don’t think I’ve included the pictures in the recreation space on the first floor (if anyone knows who made those swatches please let me know and I’ll get them included)).  As always I make no claim to the CC I used, there are far more talented people out there who created them.
