dinomagick Posted December 9, 2013 Posted December 9, 2013 I like having lots of Followers and Companions, but I wanted a place where they could go, plenty of beds and lots of space for weapons/armors, collections... I found one that so far is pretty good... "Ironwood Homestead" http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34384/? But it contains "Wenches" and "Bards" ... you can 'disable' them and 'markfordelete' or whichever... There are also guards outside and inside, cooks, cooks assistant, alchemist, blacksmith, priest, grounds keeper...etc..etc... Those NPCs can be useful... There is a forge outside and a stable, there is also a garden and herbs, inside on the second floor (it is split in two sections by the main hall), on one side there is an alchemy bench and the other an enchanter... One problem I have with it, is that All the books in the book cases seem to have a habit of finding there way to be all over the floor.... I have OCD, so yes... I pick them up..... put them back... rearrange.... yadda yadda.... Anyways, I digress..... If anyone else has suggestions of big houses, castles, palaces that has lots of room and board for followers, children, etc...etc.. Post it here! The Player Home in Draco one can be laggy at times, but it's a cozy castle with a few really well done rooms in it... Nice and comfy, but not someplace I can bring my 20 or so followers... (Or give a place where a bunch of horny werewolves can run wild... )I also tried one called "Prison of Despair" but it lagged so bad, locked up so many times and was OVERLY big and brutal, I got rid of it, but some of you with bigger PC's and like the more "brutal" content might want to look that one up... It's BIG, so don't say I didn't warn you.. oh, and there is 'zoning' when you go to different rooms, torture and stuff... and bags you can 'imprison'.. I think, though I never got that far.. Next, we have "Castle Grey" http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/16282/? It is a very nice and very well done castle, with lots of room and outdoor space, courtyard and even a small barracks with about 16 beds in it. A huge pool, Dining Area, Kitchen.. It's got lots of room to move around without bumping into things, but I recommend walking indoors anyway... ;-)Well, these are just a few of my favorites, if you all have some nice player homes, castles...
