What are the best Top 5 adult mods for CK3? For example with sexual scenes, romance, erotic storytelling, full nudity?

CBO really is the biggest 'nude' mod. The Carnalitas series is also a huge anchorpoint for the community, I believe! I'd start there, and then navigate through submods or some of the other mods on LL to best sate your needs!

I read somewhere that recent patches made CK3 more moddable. Last time I checked (a long time ago) there were a lot of annoying limits, especially with futas. Has anything changed?

So, CBO is the one that makes the characters fully nude, and grants you customization to represent that in the CK3 barbershop. 

As for Carnalitas, yes, that is the one you'd want to download. It provides a various framework for sexual mechanics within CK3. From there, there are submods, such as Carnalitas Dei, which gives religions the ability to include these sexual tenets. There's a futa mod. There's various narrative mods. It's just up to your own flavor.

Deviant's Mask is probably one if the best event based mod. It has a ton of fun event to see. It also adds a bunch of traits that can control which events you see. It is female ruler focused, so male characters have very little to no content.

To be honest, I do not really like CBO.

 

For me it is ..too much?

I prefer the Simple Shaft/ Simple Slit mod instead. I think CBO (and a lot of other mods) change the game too much itself. But that is basically just taste.

 

Aside from Carnalitas & a nudity mod of your choice, it really depends on what *you* want.

If you want sex to have a greater impact, get the Arousal Framework. Everything else? Depends on your fetish. So kinda impossible to give a top 5.

 

I personally use only 2 adult mods myself and actually don't interact with them too often in my game, to be honest. Just want the option to do that.
