Tera Elin a new old mod

So I was delving into the dark corners of the internet looking for Tera Elin mods. I have found a very very old mod that changes all npc`s into Elin`s. I have converted it into a working SE mod for my self. The original authors are long gone, the mod was released in 2012. Took some fapping about to get it ported and working. The only issue is it does not convert the Dragon born DLC as it was released before that DLC was released. I do not know the method to add it using SSEEidit. If any one can give me a idea as to how that would be great. Other wise it is a working mod. Would there be A, any interest in the mod for me to put it on LoversLab and B, would there be any issues regarding in being originally another's mod. The original mod authors where a Chinese team arrow and knee. The last posts of any sort I could find was 2013. So I`m assuming that they are well gone. I can credit them, but I doubt they will ever know.
