Blue eyes and ice spell at feet

Hey guys ive got a weird shader bug where ive got blue eyes stuck on my char and a spell of ice stuck around my feet.

ive also tried remove all spell buffs.

still an ice element was left under and animated as i walked, there are also moving lighting fx around me which i have no idea how they got there

i managed to fix it by reloaded a save before it appeared. odd occurrence  though, thanks carida.

 

 

 

Edit: the problem is happening again with every character, whenever i walk back outside of a house into "skyrim" i get the message up the top left

 

"was equiped" so its obviously a spell effect of some sort but nothing new shows up in my buffs list

The equied message points towards an item.

 

Clear your inventory (mainly to make things easier), open the console and enter "Player.Showinventory" and it should list an item (or more) w/o name or something else that looks suspicious.

Remember the first 2 digits of it's FormiD as this tells you the mod index, based on your load order, of the mod this item comes from.
Disable this mod and hope your savegame still works.
