Newet game patch update broken WW

Hi! i replied to a topic about similar issues to my case, however ive made a new topic, I updated my game to the newest patch and got this immediately spammed in my face. I have updated majority of my broken mods what is the culprit or how can i find it. Like right now it won't let me breastfeed my infant  it resets both my sims every time??
