I tried disabling XCE and SG, and nothing changed. When I disabled Sporty Sexy the mesh (the 3d part?) of the nipple disappeared, and the texture was still in the wrong position (it was a different wrong position though, if that's useful.

Are all the textures UNP/7B compatible? The problem lye's with the textures. Try reinstalling the textures one by one, and check them in game as you install them.
