WW Animations conflicting with Tuning file

I have lots of old animations and have recently gone through and organized all my mods/cc.

After taking care of all cas/build/buy conflicts and broken old files, I downloaded the latest WW and moved all of my animations back into my mods folder, booted up to do some basic testing. First thing I did was run BE to check for conflicts and found that a number of animations are actually conflicting with TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Tuning.package.

Is this something that's okay to ignore? It's only 12 conflicting files, so if conflicting with the tuning package is a problem, I can probably do without those specific animations.

In relation to this, I also keep getting this exceptions too, My game at times is unplayable because of that, its like the sims on the lot get clogged or something-

I'm not sure we have the same issue. I haven't gotten any exceptions, but I use BE to scan for conflicts as soon as I load into the game. BUT I haven't really played any, I just finished all the organizing last night; so maybe there will be some exceptions when I start actually playing/doing deeper tests today.

As of right now I have 18 conflicts:
Extreme violence has a file that conflicts with the main file, unsure if this is intended or an accident by author.
Bouncing walk mod came with 2 files and (I'm pretty sure) said both are required, but they conflict with each other.
The other 16 are animations conflicting with the WWTuning package, and I'm unsure if this is safe to play with, or if it's going to cause issues.

EDIT: I assume the animation conflicts aren't a "normal" thing, as there's only 16 that conflict with WW and I have a total of 133 WW animations installed, just unsure if it's fine to ignore or if that's something people would normally suggest fixing right away. I guess I'll find out if my test game gets corrupted or I start getting exceptions when I use WW lol. Was hoping I'd get an answer before today, but since I haven't IF anything 'bad' happens that I believe is related to these conflicts, I will come back and make another reply or just edit this one again or something..... If nothing else is heard from me on this issue, then I guess it seems to be working fine.
