Horse schlong not moving

So I keep getting this issue with a horse where his schlong and tongue is stuck in place and it's not moving at all. Some of the mods that I think could impact this is ABC with MNC but I'm clueless what could have gone wrong. I've took 3 years without modding skyrim and I feel new again with it so please if you have any info what might cause the problem be clear for me dummy cause I can get lost pretty quickly and just for information I'm using 1.5.97 version cause it has a lot more content than AE. By the way I've tried with dogs, horses and draughts so far and only issue is with the horses I do not know about other creatures because I wasn't looking for them.

Yep you were right, horse replacer mod was overwritten by ABC it had to be above it. Thank you

Wait... Didnt the mod page say tho that nothing should overwrite "ABC"? Cuz I got the same problem, only horses, but I have ABC almost on the very bottom >-<

Edit: Okay, even if im changing the load order, the problem persists .x
