2 Versions
The C1/C4 mod is fully nude and will replace the original outfit and the damaged outfit.
The other Boots only version is only for Costume 4 and leaves the boots on. (I wanted to have a version that only replaced C4 and this was the best way to do it). Which basically allows you to have her get naked when she's damaged.

Other modders can always add pubic hair on top of my mods if they feel like it, like the nipple potara mod. I have no plans to add it though.

Probably like the xenoverse one where you hold the block button then press a specific button that triggers the position scene. That'd be hell on coding though so it'd probably never happen.

or maybe in the custom mode there can be an animation for that so it can play before or after a battle

well, I am not a modder, but from what I got from talking to some of them: Since Base Kefla and her transformations are linked, having one outfit modded usually mods the other forms too, so if you have SSJ2 Modded, SSJ1 and base will be too, at least in terms of outfits.

Not sure about the bodys though. Some characters share some bodys (For example, every version SSJ1 Goku and SSJB Goku share the same Body and face, so modding one will also be visible on the other).

I think Base Kefla and SSJ + SSJ2 have different body types to insinuate the power or whatever so base isn't nude when using the mod.

Yeah base form Kefla has her own unique body. I'm still gonna try and finish up SSJ Kefla (fully nude) first.

Then maybe work on someone else.

Regarding that link, pretty sure it's for patrons only, but the modder @HongChina (i think) said he'll make it public when Kefla releases.

Anyways semi-nude SSJ Kefla is done and will be out 1 week from now.
