that was is custom made by someone in sj's discord server. All they did was relocate the potara's on the topless kefla mod which is still in beta.

Setting up the custom Unreal Engine to add extra slots was a pain, but I finally made it work! I uploaded an updated version of my Videl mod. It’s not completely finished yet, but it’s already looking much better than before.

This mod includes options to use it either as extra slots as shown below or as a replacement for online play.

I'm still trying to finish up Android 18 for a release. Also been busy with irl stuff 🙃

After that, I'll try and finish SSJ Kefla I guess, (or do something else, I know ppl want Kale, or a base form kefla)

To my knowledge the person making the videos only takes mods and work in progress ones from different patreons or gamebanana in a different video with that mod in the thumbnail none of links go to account that has it but for some reason one of the links say that the link could not be found so it maybe on a random patreon. So sadly I don't exactly know but I think it maybe on a patreon called John Miller I'm sorry if this doesn't help.
