Minor issue, but at the beginning of the game, right after finishing the tricks tutorial, Bel's model disappears for the cut-scene where she gives you her cell phone:

the shoes ruined the mod

Another minor issue: after defeating the Franks and waking up from the dream, right at the start of Chapter 2, the cut-scene displays Bel and her phone this time, but her phone is sideways and clipping through her hands:

Not sure how much you can do about these, and it's not a big deal if there isn't really anything you can do, but I feel they're worth mentioning.

 

EDIT: On the off-chance you are trying to fix these issues, I can upload my save data at the start of chapter 3 where Bel is in the same pose during gameplay (outside of a cutscene) for quicker testing purposes.
