Monstamn001 Posted December 6, 2013 Author Posted December 6, 2013 Thank you for replying. I thought it cant be in the program file because of window issues.
Guest carywinton Posted December 6, 2013 Posted December 6, 2013 Thank you for replying. I thought it cant be in the program file because of window issues. There is a possibility of Windows Vista and Windows 7 UAC causing difficulties with Skyrim if it is installed in the C:\Program files folders, if you have the game on DVD and can choose a directory for installation, I would choose C:\Skyrim or something similar, if you have two hard drives I would install the game on the secondary drive. If your version is a Steam version like most people, you can also select a directory other than Program Files , for example C:\Steam\SteamApps\Common|Skyrim.
