NPCs With No Name

So, I have these NPCs, always bandits and usually female, who have no name and I can not interact with them once they're dead.  I can combat with them, pickpocket them and otherwise physically interact with them while they're alive, but once they're dead it's almost like they're non-existent.  I can not loot them, can't move them, can't even get them to register under crosshairs.  Likewise, I can't interact with them through the console and they do not respond to console commands.  I'm assuming they're from a mod and it's borking up somehow, but would anyone have any suggestions on how to figure out which mod it might be?  Like I said, I can't get any information from them through the console. so I don't know how to trace them back to a mod.  Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

That is the symptom of a quest that is using text storage for aliases.  Might be tough to track down exactly what since even after the quest is cleared, the NPC stays screwed up.

Well, poop.  Thank you for the response.  It doesn't seem to be causing any other adverse actions or issues in my game, so I guess I really don't need to dig too hard, was just wanting to see if I could get the mystery solved.
