I have a feeling that you installed CK in the wrong location.

 

There is another possible answer, but it's more of a last-resort option.

I followed the guide of @DarkBlade13 , I go into CTD immediately. Maybe because for Skyrim SE ?

Eh, yeah this is for SE. I think for LE you can just install the creation kit without any additions. That should work. However after installation everything else is just the same. Wait at what point did you get the CTD? Did you try to save right away or did you first click the masters of the base game and loaded them? Just follow the Use of creation kit (Basics) chapter.
