Normally not. First it looks into JContainers, what SlaveTats tattoos are applied, then it checks what external overlays are applied ("external" meaning they have a texture or textureset override with a path which doesn't start with "Actors\\Character\\slavetats\\"), and then it synchronizes everything, i.e. slots which are neither internal or external are cleared, and in the slots with internal (slavetats) tattoos, the slavetat textures are applied. So, if you are having textures applied which start with "Actors\\Character\\slavetats\\" but aren't contained in the JContainer database of SlaveTats, they would be removed (did you run FastTats before?, it screwed up the JContainer database, aka. "Warning: access to non-existing object with id 0x3C709098 (1014010008)"). But normally even this shouldn't be a problem, because all, Apropos2, Spank that Ass and Bathing in Skyrim, have their own database of the "Wear and Tear", Spanked and Dirtiness level of actors, so the textures should come back when these levels change. I have yet to installed your BIS and spank dat ass patch. sometimes when save is loaded the blush from blush when aroused is shown as a vanilla skyrim tattoo on the face. Running 1170 with SKSE 2.2.6 Slavetats 1.3.9 slavetatsNG 0.2.1 Jcontainer 4.2.9 all of these above has been freshly Re-installed. Seems to override Affected mods: SL Cum overlays Extended. spank dat ass. bathing in skyrim. Apropos2 wear and tear. Corruption tats that are using lower slots like 2-5 slot area seems to be disappearing and re-appearing every 30 sec ish. SL survival trauma bruises. i have set iNumOverlays=30 on every overlay type in SKSE64.ini

Found the bug, it was a simple copy and paste error in the "compile_cache" function (never tested it, I always had an existing "slavetats_cache.json", so I didn't notice). Uploaded new version, 0.2.2 1

(sorry about that) Seems like SL cum overlays Extended appears in the racemenu body paint slot, but not in the slave tats MCM I do not currently have fast tats installed together with your mod, only base slavetats. (should i install fast tats?)

(should i install fast tats?) No, it isn't needed. In fact, when my SlaveTats.pex overwrites the FastTats one, it isn't used at all. But don't misunderstand me, the OverlayManager from ponzipyramid is a very good idea, we need a central overlay management to avoid concurrency issues (at the moment, SlaveTats is the only central overlay management we have, but many mods probably need more freedom), I will gladly use the OverlayManager, when he has a reflection interface for it.

Did a quick test and seems like Cum overlay is fixed in 3.0! Seems like dirt overlay in Bathing in Skyrim doesn't work for me, I have your patch installed but will do a test without it tomorrow. I'm going to sleep now I will test the rest of the mods too tomorrow.

Glad, to hear that! I just saw that I have a newer mzinOverlayUtility.pex in my overwrite folder then I uploaded, could be I uploaded the wrong version.

Yep i used fasttats, deleted it and replaced it with yours in ongoing save. I was used normal tattoos not slavetats tattoos on my character tho. I didnt tested dirt and blood so cant say anything about if it will comeback. Btw is there a SE version of Apropos2? I really like their scar and injury overlays.

I configured it so, that only Skooma can heal the wear and tear (which has large debuffs, so drinking Skooma is almost a must), and I patched Skooma Whore, so that drinking Skooma lowers arousal, which is important, because I am also using Devious Devices/Unforgiving Devices, otherwise you get nicely wrapped up in devices soon, and raped all the time by humans, dogs, horses (SLSF Fame Comments, Aroused Creatures), which in turn raises Apropos2 wear and tear (especially horses destroy you). So, principally, Skooma drinking is a good thing, but it makes you (Skooma Whore) Addicted, which has bad consequences (huge withdrawal debuffs, SLSF Fame comment consequences), so trying to control all that and find the right balance, makes the game very interesting (and sexy :)). And, of course, I am using Experience with ultra hard settings: 1000 base exp for next level, + 30 increase per base level, skill level limited by base level (1:1), gain base exp only by quests (killing and skilling exp disabled), gain skill levels only by training (Trainers Galore), and of course Requiem with Noxcrab tweaks for difficulty. Ah, I forgot, since you are to weak, you need a follower (using Submissive Lola as a Devious Followers replacement, its more robust and as hard as DF, if configured right (gold, etc.)). Ps: Arousal control is really difficult, because naked Hydra Slavegirls everywhere, and random sex scenes everywhere (Random Sex NG), also the Tawoba/Tewoba Bikini armors raise arousal). Best configuration I ever had, much fun. Only SlaveTats sucked :).

Holy shit thats some complicated playing difficulty x) I'm still trying different mods but currently having fun with Love sickness, BOS and SBM+PNS+winterweight one slip up and you goes from a heavy armored battle beast with muscle veins with six pack that can hand to hand a sabretooth, to a Hypnotized cum addicted chubby body sex toy that get downed by a skeever. (of course it more complicated than this but this about sums it up) haha I'm still working on making the late game more difficult, just installed a xedit scrip mod that uncaps NPC's level and boost them (no idea if it good yet, still testing it) 1
