Has anyone ever had this problem with Looksmenu tattoo overlays?

I've had this problem recently with tattoo overlays, no matter what tattoos I use, they will disappear when moving my 3rd person camera around. The first time I installed tattoo mods they were fine and I think I may have accidently broke my load order.

The other day, I reinstalled fallout 4 and cleaned all my files. I created a new mod list with my load order been ordered correctly, however the overlay bug I get still persists.

 

I've looked everywhere and can't find a solution to fix it, any help would be much appreciated.

Yeah, I've seen this.  The cause for me was one of the newer "engine fixes".  If you have Fallout4upscaler you might try disabling it.   I dumped it and that fixed my overlay issues.  I'm no expert so I may have set it up or used it wrong... but delete definitely fixed my problem.

That was the problem, it's working now
