For the body, I recommend using those presets by LexiSimsCC as well as this skin overlay by the same author.

 

As for the face, what I do when making femboys is play around in CAS until I get something that looks good. Makeup, long hair and accessories (piercings, earrings, sometimes also glasses) help a lot in general with making the male sim's face more feminine.

 

Too bad there aren't really any undressables for femboys, there are plenty for futas/shemales, but I haven't really seen any feminine clothing with smaller cocks, even the universal bulge accessory by Theuso is massive, lmao.

I use this one for any trans/futa Sims, works perfectly. Plus it won't get flagged on Deaderpool's discord for Last exception logs, I forget whose bulge CC I used but they flagged it as banned and warned me to remove it. So yeah, this one is safe.
