Slight Delay in keyboard presses ??

I am not sure what is causing this, but somehow i am experiencing a slight delay in keyboard button pressing especially when typing something in the console.

 

Everything else seem to be fine but now i have to press a letter twice before it registered in the console. like typing the first letter 2x. so if a word start with s i need to press s 2x before the console shows the s after that all other things correctly. but if you are typing more things this can be irritating. since you need to constantly see if the first letter is actually on the screen.
