I cant find them anywhere.

Not grandma panties but modern cut panties, but not thongs either.

Just normal panties in red, CBBE capable.

You can try these, though you may have to work on some of the colours if you really want a bright red. The Osare Panty Simple and Osare Pany Ribbon fit quite well, the basic Osare Panty (there are 3 variants) has the most colours/designs but doesn't fit so well IMO https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/59328

I will try those and let you know how they worked out.

The simple panties are the cut I imagined. 

Not to thongy. not too big.

But they cant be had in red.

 

The ones that can be in red are very skimpy, not quite thong but not practical panties that i could imagine myself wearing in a normal situaion.

Yes I did mention that. You could try adjusting the colours using something like GIMP

i am willi.ng to learn and i been assured i have agood very capable computer, but as recently as 2 years ago I did not even know what a script extender is.

So i am still strictly a consumer of mods rather than a maker 😌
