Hi, apparently i cant transfer funds from household to stripclub. Dont know if its a bug or not. Pls help

If this was an existing save, it's likely a bug. You're probably better off to just start over with a new save. It seems like anyone playing with a save before all the patches and updates are having issues.

I have the same problem and found some indications online that this may be a For Rent bug caused by your strip club owner living in a Residential Rental.

 

You can sell off some build mode items to get money into your business account and then work from there, but there is still no way to move money between business and personal accounts.
