This is a known issue. With the Roads to Power update, 2D portraits mods use the new race system introduced by Paradox.
However it makes the game crash with sex animations. It's not a mod issue, it's up to the game devs to fix this.

This mod is used to implement the core functions of 2D protrait, and the files are all sourced from the Workshop mod Amine Core Lib. However, the files currently used by this mod still have the same name as the mod files in the Workshop, resulting in a malicious compatibility error between these two mods. We hope to fix this issue
