VOTW films

i made some VOTW films and figured i would share them

 

TheDestroyerofWorlds made a tool to convert mp4 videos to VOTW holotapes/film reels.

 

i used that tool to make some VOTW holotapes/film reels.

 

all the original videos came from Rule34.com or Wildeerstudios.com (public page)

 

as i cannot upload as a file i thought to make this post instead

i can upload to Skyrim SE, Sims 4, and most of the Other categories but not to Skyrim LE, or FO4, and yes i have reported it but just have to wait until it gets fixed.

where do they spawn i dont see them in the workbench

you do have VOTW (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/24435) installed right?

 

craft the VOTW workbench and you should be able to craft them in that workbench.

 

the ones on mega labeled VOTW Liz videos, VOTW Tifa videos, and VOTW Lara videos have more than 1 movie in them.

 

in game pics

i do have VOTW downloaded and all the mega files downloaded into Vortex as well. They still havent shown up for me, am i doing something wrong? I am new to PC modding so just trying to figure shit out.

ok you have the files downloaded, but not installed.  i can tell that much by the pic showing VOTW.zip where if it was installed it would show 

differently.  the mod name would be something like "Videos of the Wasteland" and the plugin would be "VotWMaster.ESM"

 

as you are new to pc modding i would suggest taking a look at some tutorials for Vortex.

 

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sD9xKao_u30 is a video by Gopher explaining basics of vortex.  he has several videos about vortex that can help 

you with how to use it.  if you go to his youtube channel and search for vortex you should be able to find several tutorials.

 

i would not be much help there as i use MO2.

What do the AUTOVIDENT holotapes/reels mean?

OK i have a bug with this one.

some reels give me "you cannot store that here" message when trying to put them in projector. while others work fine

i have latest VotW and no other mod that adds reels has that issue

wait, so it doesnt apply to everything? because i tried to play a few and it didnt even yk let me put it in the tv player
