123 Error

While loading a different world to go on a date or travel with someone, I receive error 123:[alphanumerical string] and the game recommends me to restart. I'm not sure what's causing this as all of my mods are either updated or compatible with the latest update. I can provide a list of mods if needed (there is a lot of CC but most of it is cosmetic.)

I'm pretty sure this error has little to do with mods and more to do with some EA issues. 

 

EA Answers HQ says to try this:

 

How to fix error code 123 in Sims 4?

Move your Sims 4 folder out of the Documents > Electronic Arts folder, or rename it, and then load the game. Do you still get the error message? You will need to start a new save and go through CAS and then place on a Lot to properly test.
