STD's need to be fixed so that all doctors can sell kits

Running all the way to freeside med clinic just kills the atmosphere. Especially when you start a new character

The existing system isn't going to get "fixed" but I'm working on a new one to replace it. I feel your pain.. itch.. burn.. whatever.
