Guild for Followers to do stuff

I'm looking for a mod that adds a place or organisation that I can send my extra followers to. NOT follower goes on a trip! I like the mod and use it but it's a little buggy and limited.

 

I use captive followers so that I don't start with all my followers available from the start, then I use follower slavery mod so that I can lose followers if I lose battles. Captive followers also catches the overflow from FSM, so these two mods work together perfectly. These two are enough if I am losing a lot, but if I'm winning a lot I can end up with 6 or 7 followers at once. My ideal number is 3 followers, any more than that and they get in the way and cause FPS issues when I look at them. Ideally I would like a guild that I can make my followers join, with a guildhouse to stay in, and then send them on missions to do something or other. Mission success? They bring back money and items. Mission failure? Can be several consequences: captured, enslaved, MIA for a while, or they just come back empty handed. I think this would add a lot of life to the world and help clean up the unemployed masses that are my unused followers. 

 

If anyone is interested in making a mod like this I'm happy to help design the framework, otherwise I might bite the bullet and try to learn to do it myself eventually

I haven't but it looks a lot like what I would want. Main difference would be having SL content, and an established guild house with some features for managing the guild. It would be good to have more capacity too, but I guess too much capacity would be its own issue with lag and stuff
