Rabbawabba4 Posted August 5, 2024 Posted August 5, 2024 Can't load into CAS. I can still access it if I create a new Sim, use MCCC to modify in CAS, but it's only on individual sims and not households. Updated WW, Nisa, Basemental, Kritical's DoS,, Alchemist's kinks, Stoney V's fat admirer trait, and made damn sure to remove any traits that haven't been updated in ages, or since Lovestruck, including Chris Pyre's stuff. Still, infinite loading screen. Any tips, or you think another Tubodriver patch might fix?
Anabenson Posted August 5, 2024 Posted August 5, 2024 same problem here!! the cas only open when I add a new person to the family, other way it just keeps loading forever.

There are lots of mods causing problems with it.

Mods I updated had Attraction Preferences which were shifted to in game menus and no longer CAs, so those wouldn't be conflicts.

Those mods would almost certainly conflict with the new update. See if pulling them out fixes the problem; if it does, add the mods back in one by one.

XD4RKPL4YERX Posted August 12, 2024 Posted August 12, 2024 I also had this problem until an hour ago, I deleted all my eyelashes and CAS traits mods (which are the ones that people said were causing this problem) and now it worked
Rabbawabba4 Posted August 13, 2024 Author Posted August 13, 2024 I got rid of Lumpinou, Alchemist, Nisa, CAS still won't load. Nothing to do with traits for me.
Rabbawabba4 Posted August 13, 2024 Author Posted August 13, 2024 After days, I FINALLY found the culprit. Airman's StinkLover mod. It was a preference, not an actual trait, which I thought I removed them all. CAS loads fine now.
0Thoughtz Posted August 15, 2024 Posted August 15, 2024 I keep having this issue as well as having my UI break whenever I try to access said sims simology panel. Could anyone knowledged take a look at my lastException and lastUIException and help figure it out? I think I've already ruled out that Ksuihuhs mods arent the cause since the issue remained even after they were removed but I'm not sure. The problem only happens with certain sims which confuses me. I have already taken out most of my trait mods lastException.txt lastUIException.txt

This something I forgot to mention. For now, just move them to your desktop and start a new save and see what happens. Edited August 16, 2024 by BadxKarma

I havent saved since the update for fear of cementing these issues somehow so there's that leeway in testing removing mods. I shall try around a little more without some mods that were mentioned in exceptions but felt less likely. I did try a new save with all the mods and it seemed fine UPDATE: The CAS issues remains despite having removed all mods that triggered lastExceptions. Damndest thing though, the UI stopped breaking from clicking the Simology panel when I tried DOWNGRADING Wicked Whims to the 15th of July version. Very strange. Removing Wicked Whims fully did let me open CAS on currently problematic sims the other day. It did not fix the UI issue though. Let's be real though, we're on LL, ditching WW wont happen Edited August 16, 2024 by 0Thoughtz Update

I did some testing around too Neither WW nor WP - Working fine Pre-Ls WW only - UI works fine, CAS loading issues Pre-Ls WW + WP - UI works fine, CAS loading issues WP only - CAS functions, UI and interactions broken Newest WW only - Breaks UI and CAS loading issues Newest WW + WP - Breaks UI and CAS loading issues Newest WW + Removing WW Save Data from Saves - UI and CAS still broken Update: Repairing did nothing to alleviate the issue Nvm I'm silly BDP wasnt as updated as I thought lol Edited August 17, 2024 by 0Thoughtz 1
PC Naughty Gamer Posted September 12, 2024 Posted September 12, 2024 I've been having similar issues with the latest WW While I was able to get back into CAS, BB & Live modes, this is my latest problem now
