Random genetic issues

I installed a few WickedWhims mods and everything works just fine. I love it! but when my female sim gets pregnant. She has a kid with random genes that aren't even remotely close to her or the dad. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a way to fix it?

 

I read on a different thread that having this mod causes the issue: Inappropriate Unlock, but I don't have it. I'd appreciate your assistance!:)

Since you mentioned Inappropriate Unlock, is this a teen sim you are referring to?
