LE conversions of a couple of great facial piercing mods?

Was hoping someone could possibly convert these mods to LE: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/76879  & https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/112338  The piercings in these mods look really good, and are really cool because they also move with facial expressions.  Unfortunately I'm useless at making, converting or really doing anything with mods other than downloading, installing, and using them, lol.
