How to add collision using HDT for equipable Schlongs?

So I use B3lisario's wonderful equipable Schlong because I could never manage to get Schlongs of Skyrim to work properly for me.

 

Being that it is in and of itself an individual object, I can't help but feel like there would be a way to enable collision for the equipable object using HDT's .xml files, but I cannot for the life of me think of how on Earth I'd do it.  It'd involve adding new #'s to the xmls (since I believe breasts and butts, including the pre- variants are like 57-83 in non numeric order...)

 

Anyone have any ideas about this?
