first, check if you have a Random Main Menu installed, I specified it in the name of this file (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/74187) - without it, the mod will not function at all. secondly (which I have come across) you may have no sound in the video (perhaps the video itself), this is solved very simply - you need to check this post : https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/articles/3831       Some of this should solve your problem.

In addition, I suddenly remembered: check the Random Main Menu.ini file
you should have the "EnableRandomVideo" option enabled (as far as I remember, it was called that), but it will be easier to reinstall RandomMainMenu if you already have it installed

Where did you get the video downloaded from, im trying to do my own and for some reason after i converted the file to mp4. I try to test to see if the video works and it does not play
