Is that a thing? They all have nipples but then just a wrinkle down below.

wildguy has vagina and nipple overlays (not skins necessarily) that are detailed and might be what your're looking for, and usually most (if not some) alpha/realstic skin overlays are "detailed" as well (not just a line down "there"). i cant remember unfortunately what skins have that but youre def gonna need to look it up yourself

IS one ive found so far his skins have genitalia, from skin 20 onwards that is.
