Censor isn't gone.

Soo, I recently installed the Wicked Whims mod, and I noticed after actually trying out the mod, it had a censor? I don't have the censorship mod installed, and it automatically is censored, I just wanted some help on this situation? Thank you!

Do you have other mods installed, perhaps ones that remove the blur themselves?

If you do, take them all out and test the game without them. Or just take out everything but WickedWhims and test the issue then.

Hold on, I'm testing it right now, I don't think I have any mod installed that would cause the censor.
