Please help!! Gag sounds all the time. - KFT - Kziitd Fetish Toolset(Wod)

Hello guys, i have a bug where my character makes gaged sounds all the time no mater if gag is equipped or not. I am using Wasteland of Depravity modlist, not sure what is the issue might be KFT - Kziitd Fetish Toolset mod. Please help i can't talk to NPCs to progress quest or anything at all just mumble..  What can i do to fix it? xEdit something?
