Could anyone help me swap the body and mesh of one customized follower for another?

I have downloaded a custom follower, with voice acting, but I do not like her look.  I have another follower, mostly vanilla, besides her custom face and body, that has been my favorite.  I was wondering how, or if someone could help me use the look of one and everything else of the other.  This is for personal use only, so I don't think I would have to worry about permissions.  If I am wrong, I would appreciate someone telling me so.  Anyways, if anyone would be willing to spend the time or effort to help me, I would be grateful.

What are the followers?

Cerwiden is the voice acted follower.  Lanaya is my favorite follower that I want to replace Cerwiden's body and face with.
