Flat chest for female body

Hey, I'm trying to look in a way to get a flat chest on a female body. Obviously you can use the sliders for the breasts and all, but that will still leave the shading and stuff that comes with the breasts that is just standard on any female body. But I would like it to be something like this.

 

Now it would obviously be easiest if I could just find a preset. Otherwise, I think I'm going to have to have to work with software I'm not too fimiliar with in order to make it myself somehow. I hope someone can help.

VenusPrincess created some time ago a small breast for Trans Sims that could be useful to you. From what I read it is adapted for female Sims to use. I'll also give you the download link because Venus is a bit complicated sometimes.

I appriciate the reply, but is this not effectively how it would look if I just put the breast sliders all the way down? I was thinking myself about a male upper body, simply adjused to fit a female frame. I would just like the breast textures to not be present.

 

If it does not exist, I might be able to take a shot at creating it myself. But I'm not too fimilair with the required software. Just taking a male upper body and then readjusting it for a female frame doesn't seem like the most challenging task out there I think, right?
