Compatability with other Sex Mods

I'm using Selene mod from the Nexus

I asked the developer of the Selene mod if they could please make it compatible with Sexlab Framework and the Lover's Comfort /Arousal Mods.  She has her own dialogue tree.  He told me to use the Nexus mods Animated Prostitution and Adult Show as linked below.

Will there be conflicts if I use all both Nexus mods and the Lovers Lab mods listed above?  Is FNIS that good at making sense of all the animations?

 

I'd love to be able to use The Arousal and Lover's Comfort mods by Redneck2 on Vanilla followers and AP and Adult Show with Selene mod.  Is this possible?

 

If not possible, what's the best I can hope for?  Just keep Selene for eye candy and enjoy the sex mods with the other followers and NPC's?

I used the TBBP version of Selene Kate 1.4.8, ctd my Skyrim when she starts a sex scene . the 1.4.8 Lady Body version works with sexlab just no lovers comfort options . But everything else happens Random Sex and dialogue sex.
