Saving game causes CTD

Am I coming across as a whiner or something with all the problems I seem to run into with Skyrim? This time its just as the topic title states, I get a CTD every time I try to save whether its using the savegame in the command window or using a manual save. All the mods after the mod DudestiaMultiMarriages.esp are all the mods not organized by BOSS. Nothing changed except removing 2 mods from Steam Workshop suscribe that didn't do what I thought they would to help keep track of which books I've read that I haven't picked up. Other then removing those 2 mods nothing in the load order changed after the last save. Update today:considering that starting a brand-new game from a mod-free save and saving doesn't crash my game I'm guessing my current save has become corrupted?

I have the same thing sometimes, I find that traveling to another location (manually running) fixes the issue almost always. But if it still happens I'm not sure.

What's your savefile size? Are you using CearInvalidRegistrations?

I have been trying to find a fix for the same issue for 2 weeks, but no luck. Here's a link to it, maybe some of the suggestions that didn't work for me can work for you.

Save file size is only about 15MB. How do I do the clear invalid registrations? I was gonna try (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/31724/) but creating a dump like it says crashes Skyrim as well. Been thinking of starting yet another new game. Mod I use as easy storage for allfollowers added by mods wouldn't let me dismiss certain followers and get them to do back to their original locations. Just uninstalling those mods may have contributed to this CTD on save but that was atleast a day before this started to happen.

I think 15mb is where my Skyrim usually starts doing ILS's, CTD's, and other weird stuff. Previously, i had similar problems with 15,7mb saves.

 

CearInvalidRegistrations is SKSE's bloat reduction command:

[General]
ClearInvalidRegistrations=1

That's in skse.ini located in Data\SKSE\ folder. If it's not there, just create one.

I must notice this command is not going to fix things right away. It gradually reduces the save size while you're playing. You can try loading your save and leaving your Skyrim running idle for some time. Then attempt a save.

Read somewhere it takes like 8 hours for that command to run? Don't play Skyrim for more then 2-3 hours at a stretch usually. I sometimes get CTD when entering a dungeon so i tended to save my game often, not sure i could play 8 hours without doing a single save.

Just load skyrim and leave it running. For the night for example.

Never heard about 8 hours btw.
